Overall, outside the road, if you’re looking for a wooded “people free” place to stay this would be perfect. But that’s a super easy fix that I had to do with my own place. I like to feel like my skin is being peeled off in the shower :-) and this definitely didn’t do it for us. Biggest ‘issue’ was the shower head and lack of pressure. At least that we could find-maybe we didn’t look hard enough? Not a deal breaker. Had coffee, coffee maker and filters but no cups. About the property: really enjoyed it but couldn’t find coffee cups. Just don’t bring your good car that’s for sure! And four wheel drive would be helpful. Again, nothing the owner can do about that as there are way too many dirt roads in the area. ![]() Heavy rain one night meant we couldn’t get out one day as the road was nothing but squishy mud and impassable for a FWD car. It’s a dirt road (which I knew prior) but it’s not the kind of dirt I’m used to experiencing. Biggest issue was the road (which owner has no control over I know). It was super clean and smelled great when we arrived. *This review was originally posted on Vrbo Jon M Published November 8, 2022 Only reason I left it 4 stars was because of the beds. Everything else was perfect! Would HIGHLY recommend if the sleeping situation isn't a huge deal to you. ![]() I know this isn't a huge deal for most people, but for those that value comfortable large beds, I wanted to share this with the community. We had a 3 night stay and left a day early just to get back home to sleep in our own comfy bed. This was a HUGE bummer since everything else was amazing! For us, the bed situation was a big disappointment. Maybe we are just used to a larger bed, but the full size mattresses were cramped for the 2 of us and were also very uncomfortable. All the beds in the home are full size mattresses and were extremely uncomfortable for 2 people. There was just one thing that we personally didn't like. The home and property was beautiful and in a great location.
